CSA Year 2, Week 2

We make risotto a lot. Too much, probably. But for this week's CSA we swapped the usual edamame for some fresh fava beans and used the CSA fresh garlic. We added prosciutto on top instead of chicken.

The CSA provided us with spinach and strawberries, so we had no choice but to make a salad. Well, I guess we could have made some more strawberry tea cakes, but let's pretend the salad is healthier. Of course, with a dressing of lemon, oil, and sugar, as well as some creamy goat cheese, it sure didn't taste all that healthy. One of the friends eating with us said it tasted like strawberry shortcake in a salad. Winning?

Still to use: red leaf lettuce, radishes, carrots, kale, green onions, and potatoes.
